All mortgages signed before 2019 may be eligible to claim the expenses paid even if the mortgage has already been canceled.
The mortgage expenses that can be claimed are the following:
1. 50% of the Notary fees
2. 100% of the Property Registry fees
3. 100% of the management fees
4. 100% of the appraisal fees
5. And, in some cases, also the amount of the opening commission
What documentation do we need?
1. Deed of sale
2. Mortgage constitution deed
3. Notary invoice
4. Property Registry invoice
5. Management invoice
6. Appraisal invoice
If the bank refuses to refund them and consequently forces you to go to court, they will have to pay the costs, so it will be free for you
