A majority of accident victims do not know that they have the right to receive compensation.

Different surveys conducted with our clients reveal that the majority of traffic accident victims were unaware that they had the right to receive compensation.

In many cases, the injured party does not make a claim simply because they do not know what their rights are.

Compensations should be assessed by lawyers in favor of the injured party. Normally, due to a lack of knowledge, the client allows the insurance company to handle it, thus letting them decide the amount they are entitled to. However, because of the lack of information surrounding this issue, the injured party does not consider that the lawyers provided by the insurance company look after the rights of the insurance company itself and not their own.

The larger the compensation, the lower the profit for the insurance company. This fact is more than significant to understand the background and the importance of why it is key in the claims process to have your own lawyer.
